Why are we called ‘Formation’?
Our brand reflects the essence of our work. The Formation name and symbol draw on the analogy of the flocking phenomenon in nature - for example, geese - where collective focus, collaboration, support and dexterity help them achieve levels of performance beyond the scope of individual group members. Successful flocks fly higher, longer and further, with better chances of collective survival.
